Nobody wants to make tough decisions about where to live when you need help. We created an honest, heartfelt campaign that refocused the conversation and took away the ‘nursing home’ terminology. These print ads hit both the head and the heart and directed the message from the parent to the true decision makers – their children.
The goal of increased applications was met, with the added benefits of maintaining 83% capacity. The bonus was a measurable improvement of staff morale long after the campaign’s end.
