Online Reputation Case Study
Doctor Reputation Specialists
As online reviews become more and more influential, the abundance of angry, misleading or even false online reviews were damaging doctors’ reputations. This creates internal stress and loss of business. This online reputation case study shows how we rebuild what is damaged and building business through great reviews.
Build solid reputations
We needed to bring a calmness among more than 100 time-stressed doctors by teaching them how to react to and manage, any and all online reviews directly relating to them.
Doctor (we’ll help you) heal thyself
A large physician group had an undeservedly poor reputation online. The doctors wanted to know how to correct that. Mentum audited over 1,500 listings, highlighting the good, the bad and the ugly. We then created a series of humorous tutorial videos with precise instructions for doctors and their staff. (They were presented with popcorn in a movie swag bag, of course) Clear guideline material was also given to the staff in their offices. In some instances, Mentum went in and fixed any misleading or damaging info online that needed immediate attention. We also monitored and responded to each and every post and sent direct invitations to gather new positive reviews.
100% Doctor compliance with viewing and responding with action. The physician’s short and long-term follow up, mixed with our own help, polishing up or corrected over 31,000 new positive online listings or reviews.
